Account & Access

Login, account creation, password recovery and access.

  1. You do not need to log in to browse the portal.
  2. Click the Login button at the top right.
  3. Enter your email address and password.
  4. Click Sign In.

UNZA Alumni
  • Email alumni.portal@unza.zm.
  • Provide your student number or identification details.
  • Wait for verification and activation instructions.
Staff Members
  • Request account creation through the Alumni Office.
  • Provide your employee details and department information.
External Users
  • Click Sign Up on the login page.
  • Fill in your details and submit the form.

  1. Click Forgot Password on the login page.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Check your inbox for reset instructions.

Profiles & Accounts

Managing your profile and account information.

  1. Login to your account.
  2. Click your profile image at the top right.
  3. Select View Profile.

  1. Open your account dropdown.
  2. Click Change Password.
  3. Enter and confirm your new password.

Donations & Transactions

Donations, payments, receipts and transactions.

  1. Open the Donations page.
  2. Select a donation type or campaign.
  3. Choose your amount.
  4. Complete payment securely.

  1. Login to your account.
  2. Open the Transactions page.
  3. View your donation history and receipts.

Yes. During checkout you may select the Anonymous Donation option.

Campaigns & Activities

Events, campaigns and alumni activities.

Visit the Campaigns page and browse available campaigns and activities.

Open the campaign page and click Join Campaign.

Visit the Activities section to view alumni events, networking sessions, reunions and conferences.
